RaQuel J. is a certified life coach, entrepreneur, and encourager at heart. Born in Germany as a military child and raised in Houston, TX, RaQuel’s journey reflects resilience, faith, and the power of transformation. She is passionate about helping women uncover their God-given purpose and step boldly into the lives they were created to live.

 

As the CEO of Inner Gr8ness, RaQuel empowers women 30+ to overcome self-doubt, heal from people-pleasing tendencies, and cultivate a winning mindset. Through her coaching programs, mindset journals, and community, she provides the tools and accountability needed to create meaningful change and lasting results.

 

RaQuel’s decision to leave corporate life was driven by her desire to walk in alignment with God’s calling. She has overcome significant challenges, including healing from childhood wounds and breaking free from the need for external validation. Now, she shares her story and strategies to inspire others to pursue growth and embrace their greatness.

 

When she’s not coaching or creating, RaQuel enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and sharing encouragement through her content. Known for her transparency and ability to connect, she reminds women that their worth isn’t defined by circumstances but by the unique purpose God has for them.

 

Her favorite scripture, Jeremiah 29:11, anchors her faith and mission:
